Good contractors are hard to come by, however I found one and want to share my experience. After requesting referrals from my local online neighborhood forum, I received three that seemed like good choices. Unfortunately, one was a no show after making appointment, another failed to provide a verbal or formal quote, and the last never called back. I did my own search and found “Pressure Washing Pros” and read the reviews just like you are probably doing right now. Amazingly, when I called the phone number it was answered by a live professional person named Steve who was ready to listen and evaluate the exterior washing needs for my home. He googled our address and was able to provide a quote over the phone without wasting any additional time. His quote for exterior home washing was impressive and I am as frugal as they come. For context we have James Hardie board siding and wood trimmed windows. Although I had already done my homework and knew what needed to be performed, without any prompting Steve detailed exactly what I was looking for and broke down pricing for exterior home low pressure washing, and their triple filtered water window cleaning process. (per window) I scheduled a date to perform the work and received a confirmation shortly after hanging up the phone. Another confirmation came the day before work was to begin. My scheduled arrival window was between 10:30-11:30am. Steve and Pablo showed up at 10:40 with professional equipment and did test spots to ensure no damage or staining would occur. Steve and myself did a pre-job review and he answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. Needless to say they did an amazing job and finished by 3pm. Windows were sparkling, and all surface mildew was gone after not being cleaned for over 5 years. Im happy to report there was no damage or concerns when they were finished. If you want peace of mind while saving time, do yourself a favor and hire Pressure Washing Pros. I know I will be using them again in another 2 or 3 years as per Steve’s suggestion.
